Korean Style Beef
This meal is a family favorite that comes together in under 30 minutes. This recipe offers two versions, one of which is Whole30 friendly. Our version is less spicy than a truly traditional Korean bulgogi, but you can definitely add some gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) to turn up the heat. We always serve with broccoli and brown rice, both of which we buy frozen and heat in the microwave while the beef is cooking.
