Cherry Overnight Oats
Grab and go breakfasts make weekday mornings so much easier. You can easily prep a bunch of these on Sunday (or more for other family members), and have breakfasts already made for the week. The recipe calls for it to be made in jars, but you could also make in a bowl and cover instead.
Cherry Overnight Oats
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. rolled oats
- 1/3 c. unsweet vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/3 c. Greek yogurt
- 1/3 c. chopped frozen cherries (measured after chopping)
Instructions
- In a mason or jam jar, add rolled oats and almond milk.
- Layer almond butter, then honey, and then Greek yogurt.
- Top with cherries.
- Allow to sit in refrigerator at least overnight. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
