Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
This sheet pan go-to can be done with steak or chicken (or probably tofu - not tested). It cooks quick and results in limited dishes - major weeknight wins.
Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin strip steak, sliced thin
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 8 oz frozen bell peppers
- 1/2 packet taco or fajita seasoning
- 2 tbsp avocado oil (can use canola oil instead)
- 4-6 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place steak on one side of pan and peppers and onions on the other side.
- Sprinkle seasoning and drizzle oil over all. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the steak is cooked to your preference.
- Top flour tortillas with steak, peppers, sliced avocado and dollops of sour cream.
